Obituary of Nicholas Rossi
Nicholas Rossi, Jr., age 86 of Pennsauken, passed away on September 15, 2015 in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
Beloved husband of the late Lois V. (nee Tally); Devoted father of Maria (Michael) Kerr, Nicholas III (Dawn), Lisa (James) Munda, and Michael Rossi; Loving grandfather of Amanda, Janine, Alyssa, James, Julianne, Rachel, Rose, Michelle, Tabitha and Bethany; Dear brother of Marie (Ed) Lohmiller.
Prior to his retirement in 1992, Mr. Rossi was the longtime owner and operator of Triangle Spring Works in Pennsauken. A United States Army Veteran of the Korean War, Mr. Rossi was an active member of the Pennsauken Lions Club, serving as President in Pennsauken, District Governor for District 16C, President of the Eye Research Foundation and driver of the sightmobile. He was also a member of Merchantville Masonic Lodge #119, American Legion Post 125, longtime member and former president of P.Y.A.A. and member of the Pennsauken Youth Action Committee and Friends of the Library. He was also an avid traveler and hunter.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Sunday from 6 to 8 PM and Monday from 9 to 10 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 10 AM. Entombment will follow at Eglington Mausoleum in Clarksboro.
