"Sam" Magro, 78, of Pennsauken passed away May 12, 2011. Beloved husband of Patrina (nee Manjares); Devoted father of Vicki Angulot (the late Gary), Denise Bassett (Ralph), Kathleen King, Toni Petronis, Laura Kelly, Jennifer, Kimberly, Christine, Charles, and Samuel P. Magro; Loving grandfather of 13 and great grandfather of 10; Dear brother of Ronald "Bucky" Magro, Kate Signore, Patricia Jacker, Beverly McCormick, Chas Magro and the late Dolores Guiliano, Thomasina Kleppinger, Frank Magro, and Barbara Yorgan; Also survived by his aunt and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Prior to his illness, Mr. Magro was employed at the Merchantville/Pennsauken Water Commission for 11 years. He was a member of the South Jersey Senior Softball League, playing on many teams over the past 20 years. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Wednesday from 6 to 9 PM and Thursday from 9 to 10 AM at the falco/CARUSO & leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:30 AM at the Church of St. Stephen, 6300 Browning Road in Pennsauken. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem, PA.
