Beloved husband of over 60 years to Olga (nee Carita); Devoted father of Frank A., Melanie (Mickey Gibbons), and Basil and his wife Beverly; Loving grandfather of Basil Andrew II and Matthew Charles; Dear brother of Rita Amato and the late Carl J.; Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Prior to his retirement, Basil was employed for over 30 years as a supervisor in the Camden City Tax Office.  He was a Veteran of the US Armed Forces.  Basil was a football, baseball and basketball official for many years, and also played semi-pro football for the Zuni Indians. He loved taking trips to the beach and spending time with his family, especially his grandsons. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Sunday from 6 to 9 PM and Monday from 10 to 11 AM at the Holy Child Parish, Church of St. Teresa, 13 East Evesham Road in Runnemede, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM.  Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.  Arrangements under the direction of Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home.  Info, condolences and guestbook at www.carusocare.com
