Over the past five years my life was enhanced by Frank's friendship, the past two years in particular. We met almost daily laughing and sharing stories about our daily lives and past events. Frank was a wealth of knowledge and he never ceased to amaze me with what he knew. Frank's passing has created a vacuum that will never be filled. As my life moves on without him I will draw comfort in knowing that at the very least he will be looking down at me and i will regularly say a prayer thanking him for the friendship of a lifetime. God bless you Frank.

It was MY pleasure for having know Frank for the short 5 years I knew him.
He would make a comment and I would think his story was real, then he would get that one corner smile going and then I knew I was fooled! He was the most interesting, knowledgeable man I have ever know. Awesome stories and very peaceful and content is how I knew him to be. He taught me and my girl Jane about horse racing..
I will miss your presence at The Rail and your presence in general.

Met Frank in 1965 and soon after he became my brother-in-law. He had one of the driest sense of humor I have ever been exposed to. His sister and I moved frequently so we were unable to be physically close, but when the opportunity arose, I continued to enjoy his company.
A hard working, honest man who believed that he could and should assist all government entities to his advantage in the application of their laws and rules.
He had a love of things other might call junk and possessed from time to time large quantity of these items. If i recall correctly, Anheuser Busch was one of his close friends.
The most important thing to remember Frank for was his commitment to work. He worked hard and he was good at what he did .
Frank physically has left us too soon but he also left us wonderful lasting memories.
