Watson, Jr. Home: Pennsauken, NJ Birthdate: April 20, 1934 Place of Birth: Camden, NJ Date of Death: May 8, 2011 Age: 77 Service Information: Saturday May 14, 2011 11 AM Parish of Mary, Queen of All Saints, Church of St. Cecilia, 4824 Camden Avenue,Pennsauken,NJ 08110 Biography: Arthur Watson, passed away on May 8, 2011 of Pennsauken.  Age 77 years.   Beloved husband of Beverly (nee Prange); Devoted father of Cheryl Duffy, Sandy (Matthew) Walsh and Peter Watson; Loving grandfather of Matthew, James, Taralyn, Taylor, Chad, Cody, and Fallon; Dear brother of Bernard (Virginia), Joseph (Barbara), and Harry (Marge) . Mr .Watson was an avid sportsman and fan. He played semi pro (AAA) baseball and was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates. He was a lifetime member of the Camden County Hot Stovers Assoc. and was inducted into the South Jersey Baseball hall of fame in 2003. Arthur was also a PYAA coach for 30 years Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Friday from 7-9 PM at the falco/CARUSO & leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road and Saturday from 10 AM at the Parish of Mary, Queen of all Saints, Church of St. Cecilia, 48th and Camden Ave. in Pennsauken where a Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11AM. Interment will be held privately. The family request memorial donations be made to the Hot Stovers Baseball Club of South Jersey Scholarship Fund, 172 William Feather Dr., Voorhees, NJ 08043.
