Beloved husband of Angelique (nee Pagan); Devoted father of Andrea, Charity, Gloria, William Jr., Jackii, Ezperanza,Angel  and the lates Jonathan & Tiffany. Loving son of Ana Santiago and her husband Jose " Papo." Cherished grandfather of 7. Dear brother of Julio, Junior, Ephrim, Pedro, Alba, Albert, Ferdinan, Elizer, Edgaurdo, Secunnida, Fermina  and the lates Eddiberto & Maricelly. Also  survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.  William loved the Eagles, he enjoyed singing especially karaoke, he will be remembered by his friends as family as a "clown,"  and they will miss the way he made everyone laugh.  Relatives & Friends are invited to the Visitation & Funeral on  Saturday from 9 to 11 AM at Falco CARUSO & Leonard Funeral Home 6600 N. Browning RD in Pennsauken.  A service will be celebrated at 11 AM. Interment Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem, PA.
