My heart goes out to Walt's family. I worked with Walt at the Rehabilitation Services Administration in Philadelphia for almost 20 years. Walt and I retired at the same time. It was a pleasure to share those working days with Walt. He was very proud of his family. My sympathy goes to all of you.
