Beloved boyfriend of Colleen for over 30 years. Devoted father of Jeff, Denyse and Christina. Dear brother of Evelyn, Gladys and Papo. Loving grandfather of Jaden, Jocelyn, Jasmine and Anaira. Also  survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Norberto was known as the "Merchantville Mayor," and "Jack of all trades." He was always friendly, funny and helpful  to his family and neighbors. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation & Funeral on Wednesday from 6 to 8 pm and Thursday 9 to 10 am at the Falco Caruso & Leonard Funeral Home 3425 River Avenue, Camden, New Jersey 08105. A service will  be held Thursday at 10:00am.  Interment will take place at Harleigh Cemetery located in Camden, NJ.
