Obituary of Jose A. Rodriguez

Jose A. Rodriguez, age 60 years of Camden, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on October 20, 2024.

Beloved husband of Myrta Delgado; Devoted father of Maria Yambo, Jose Rodriguez and Michael Rodriguez; Cherished step father of Edward Delgado, Neftali Delgado, Francisco Yambo, Carmen Yambo, Mita Colon and Christopher Rodriguez, Jr; Loving grandfather of Angelise Rodriguez, Anthony Rodriguez, Amara Rodriguez, Cianie Yambo, Joshua Delgado, Sumadie Delgado, Serenity Johnson, Eternity Johnson and Jo'siah Yambo; Great grandfather of Jaivious Colon, Caison Gonzalez and Cai'sian Gonzalez; Caring stepson of Antonio Ayala and also his stepmother Gloria " Golly" Medina. He is predeceased by his parents Robert & Aurea (nee Ayala); Dear brother of Yadira, Ivelissa, Betsy, Paula, Angela and Carmen; Also survived by many nieces & nephews.

Jose was a humble man who enjoyed helping others. He was giving and an extraordinary handy man. He  was truly the jack of all trades, he was agriculturally talented with farming, he was gifted in construction, electrician work and plumbing. He also loved to cook and barbecue. In his spare time, he liked betting on the horses, and  was an antique car guru. He especially was a fan of Oldsmobile and Buicks.

His family will forever miss his white hair, his as "close to perfect" heart, his ability to help those in need and his genuine love.

Relatives & friends are invited to the Funeral on Saturday from 10 AM to 12 PM at Falco Caruso & Leonard Funeral Home, 6600 Browning Road in Pennsauken. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 12 PM. At the request of the family, final disposition will be held privately
