Obituary of H. Mark Miller

H. Mark Miller, a lifelong resident of Pennsauken, passed away on September 8, 2024 at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden at the age of 70 years old.  He was born in Camden, New Jersey on April 1, 1954 to the late Charles and Beatrice (nee Chester) Miller.

Mark is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Terri (nee Montana).  He is the devoted father of Steve and his wife Gloria, and Alanna and her husband Vince Rossi; loving grandfather to Elizabeth and Victoria; dear brother of Thomas, Gregg, William (Diane) and the late Charles; cherished son in law of Elsie Montana, dear brother in law of Lou Montana and Nancy Warsewicz.  He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends and by his faithful dog Rocky.

Mark was a United States Air Force Veteran, serving from 1973 until 1983.  Upon his discharge, he was a firefighter at the Lakehurst Naval Base from 1983 until 2006.  He then went on to work security with Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital until 2022.  Mark was a volunteer firefighter with Pennsauken Fire Department from 1970 until 2008, and was a member of the International Association of Firefighters.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Friday, September 13 from 10 AM until Noon at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at Noon.  Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery in Pennsauken.
