Obituary of Lynne Marie Flax

Lynne Marie Flax, age 56 of Camden, passed away suddenly on September 21, 2023.  She lived a beautiful, dignified life. A discerning woman of exquisite taste, she provided comfort and solace while asking little in return. She was born on January 18, 1967 in Camden, New Jersey to Barbara (Akrie) and the late Jesse N. Flax.

Prior to her retirement, Lynne was employed as a correctional officer with the State of New Jersey for 22 years.  She cherished her family; especially spending time with her grandkids. She always loved to be well dressed, a person you could vent to, and someone who could have your hair styled for a special occasion.  

She is the beloved daughter of Barbara and the late Jesse Flax; devoted mother of Corey, Cortlen and Cameron Flax; lifelong partner of Danny Wiles; loving grandmother of Elijah Clark, Corey Flax Jr. "CJ", Ryder Flax, and Johnny Davis. dear sister of Crystal, Tina and Jesse "Monte" Flax and sister in law of Nadine Flax; caring aunt of Breean, Chelsey, Alexas, Jesse "Myles" Flax, Daquan James and Tamara Fernandez. 

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Thursday, September 28 from 6 to 8 PM and Friday, September 29 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 10:30.  Entombment will follow at Harleigh Mausoleum in Camden.
