Willie will be greatly missed by so many. He was an energetic, happy, social guy who took pride in his work and always willing to go above and beyond to help people. I remember Joan talking about the first time she met him, he captured her heart immediately. He was a charming and outgoing person you couldn't help but like. He was a friend to so many, it was difficult to share the news of his passing with my colleagues who he had connected with.
