Obituary of Nelson Ortiz

Nelson Ortiz, age 69 years of Florida, formerly of Cleveland, OH and Camden, NJ, passed away on August 30, 2023.

Beloved husband of Eylin Vega for 47 years. Devoted father of Efrain Ortiz, Maggy Ortiz, William Ortiz (Onery), Heriberto Ortiz (Gloria), and Nelson Ortiz (Sonia). Loving grandfather of 16 and great grandfather of 24. Dear brother of Luz Maria, Carmen, Iris, Letty, Ramon, Miguel, Santiago, Adolfo, and Nelly. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Nelson enjoyed music, cooking and dancing. He loved to play the lottery and drink a cold Budweiser.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation & Funeral on Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 9-11 AM at the Falco, Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.
