My deepest condolences to Franny’s entire family. I was very sad to hear this news. I worked with her many years ago in the Mt. Laurel Conrail Regional Office. We accomplished a lot of work while always sharing a laugh while she adeptly oversaw the Engineering Department and I worked in Labor Relations. I cherish these memories and remember her love of family and golf!
