Tití Gladys was my first memory of a fiercely independent woman who followed her own passions and vices! I remember staying up way past my bedtime when I would go visit her just to listen to her laugh while watching David Letterman, talk politics and argue with anything (or anyone) she disagreed with. She was tough but had an incredible sense of humor and sarcasm. She always cared for my family even when we lived so far apart. I will miss her and what she represented deeply. Penélope
