Obituary of Alexander L. Kendall, III

Alexander "Duke" L. Kendall, III age 81 years of Camden, passed away on August 24, 2022.

Beloved husband of Carmen E. (nee Estremera) for 31 years. Devoted father of Rene Kendall, Michele Kendall, and Elsie Garcia. Loving grandfather of Liani Dillard and Alexus Logan and great grandfather of Isiah and Jabari Woodard. Dear brother Loretta Kendall (David), Joyce Ann Barron (Benjamin), Melvin Kendall (Sandra), and Angela Kendall (Wayne "Wali"). Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Duke was a longtime resident of Camden, NJ. He loved travelling, cruises, and taking trips to the casinos. Duke also enjoyed scratch offs and listening to jazz music.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation on Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 6-8 PM at the Falco, Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Celebration of Life will be held at 8 PM. Final disposition will take place privately.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Unique Positive Crew at 2013 Pierce Ave, Camden, NJ 08105 to be used for scholarships for college entry students.
