Obituary of Juana A Veras

Juana A. Veras, age 87 of Camden, passed away on at Cooper Medical Center in Camden on August 9, 2022. She was born on December 16, 1934 in San Francisco, Dominican Republic to the late Rafael Frias and Ana Joaquina Veras.

Beloved wife of the late Freddy Garcia Bautista; Devoted mother of Milagros Ureña, Ciro Freddy Garcia, Ivonne Garcia, Nurys Lara, Deidamia Garcia and Yohanna Jerez; Dear sister of Clara Veras, Rafael Frias, Elsa Guzman, Ramon Veras, Rafael Veras and Sarito Frias; Loving grandmother of Melani, Lenny, Teimen, Dowill, Jovan, Pamela, Moises, Raymar, Paola, Noelia, Deijan, Cilanny, Exner, Manuel and Stephanie; Cherished great grandmother of Abigail, Ariela, Lily, Zachary, Esaias, Esther, Ava, Michael, Ezequiel, Carmelo, Noa, John, Arya, Leilani, Aaron, Zabdiel, Gael and Liam; Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Juana loved serving the Lord, reading the Bible and praying nightly. She cherished spending time with and cooking for her family, especially for her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She also enjoyed shopping and getting massages.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Sunday from 5 to 7 PM and Monday from 9 to 10 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where funeral services will be held at 7:00 Sunday evening. Interment will take place after Monday's visitation at Lakeview Memorial Park in Cinnaminson.
