Beloved husband of Jean (nee Orlando) for 59 years. Devoted father of Gina (Wes) Gallaher and Gabrielle (the late Robert Sr.) Roselli. Cherished grandfather of Wesley, Robert Jr., Thomas and Giovanna. Dear brother of Marie Sanchirico and Dolores (Nicholas) Caputi. Predeceased by siblings Antoinette Veldorale, Joseph DiTaranto, Andrew DiTaranto, Anna Ridout, Rosa LaPella and Kathryn Sparacio. Also survived by many loving nieces & nephews. Thomas was a proud Veteran who served in the US Navy from 1951- 1955. He received his Bachelor and Master Degrees in Trade and Industrial Education / Supervision from Rutgers University. He had a true passion and love for teaching. His teaching career began at Camden High School and continued at Camden County Technical Schools where he taught in both the High School and Special Education Division. He later moved into an administrative position as a Cooperative Industrial Education Coordinator and Supervisor of the Adult Evening School. In addition to teaching, Thomas had a love of Art and was a proud member of the Willingboro Art Alliance. He enjoyed drawing, painting & sculpting. Relatives & friends are invited to the Visitation Monday from 7 to 9 PM and Tuesday 8:30 to 9:30 AM at Falco CARUSO & Leonard Funeral Home 6600 N. Browning Road in Pennsauken. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM at the Church of St. Charles Borromeo 2500 Branch Pike in Cinnaminson. Interment Locustwood Cemetery in Cherry Hill. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made in Thomas name to the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School at the above address.
