I want to share the moment we met, It was during a NASKA event we was both extremely active in the competing in national karate tournaments, during that time of years and he spotted Me doing Kata and saw the patch I was wearing, be ounce to Me this large man was the one that created this patch, but I worn it on kata gi for My late Great Grand Master Preston Frits Carter Sr, now once he finally was able to be standing at ring once I finished doing kata and placing in event I turn to leave and this large man grabbed My gi over the very patch... at first I didn't hear his words because I felt he was not aware of the danger he was in by touching this patch with carried more meaning then My own school patch, while I calm down and listening to his words before I executed moments to get his hand off My patch and he was plotting to rip it off My chest if My words about patch was not clear for him it was indeed a tense moment but he ask where did I get this patch and I say ok I will entertain him to show him how important his next moment will be for us both.. this patch came from Grand Master Ben Ali Kassem, his teacher was Preston F Carter, he released and hugged Me so tight and call Me brother this was indeed a moment that will defined the kind of Man, Professor, and Hanshi in a system that span nearly a century, He was and always will be one of the greatest Hanshi's this karate world could produce, and a great loss to our family love you for life (Dad 1)
