I wish I lived closer to you than I do. For the past two years I watched you struggle and there was nothing I could do to help you. I will cherish this last month with you forever. I didn’t want to leave your side that day but I had to come home.
I know you didn’t want to leave us but your body was worn out and it was time to go home. I keep telling myself that you’re no longer in pain but that does not take away the ache in my heart. RIP my dear sister.
I am not going to say goodbye because one day we will meet again. You are now reunited with Mom, Dad and Richard.
