Obituary of Barbara Jo Anne Weber

Barbara Jo Anne Weber, 71, of Cherry Hill, NJ, passed away on April 21, 2020; Beloved daughter of the late Charles and Carmella Weber of Pennsauken, NJ; Cherished sister of Charlene Joye (Rick) of Cherry Hill, Nancy Weber (David Abramson) of Brooklyn, NY, and Charles Weber, Jr. of Northfield, NJ; Devoted aunt to the late Arthur Mario Cecero III, Barbara Kristman (Robert) of Marlton, NJ, and Mariesa Cecero (Gary Terry) of Cherry Hill; Also survived by her loving great nieces, Juliette Bermudez Cecero, and Angelena & Antoinette Kristman. Barbara received her undergraduate degree from Holy Family College, and her Master’s from Rowan University. She taught English at Morgan Village Middle School for over 20 years, and worked as Assistant Principal at Glen Landing Middle School in Blackwood, NJ, and Erial Elementary School in Gloucester Township. Barbara will be remembered for her quick wit and fierce intelligence. She was a talented writer and artist, who loved to read, watch films, and explore her favorite cities—Philadelphia and New York. She was warm and empathetic, who cared most about family and social causes. She will be sorely missed. A memorial service to celebrate Barbara’s life will be held when the COVID-19 health crisis has ended. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barbara Jo Anne Weber’s name to Jefferson Hospital Cherry Hill Greatest Need fund, or to Camden Companions Animal Rescue.
