Obituary of Benito Otero
Benito Otero, age 94 years of Pennsauken, passed away peacefully on November 10, 2018.
Beloved husband of the late Noemi. Devoted father of Felix Flores, Jr. (the late Antonia), Maira C. Diaz (Kenneth), Jose David Otero (Carmen), and René Otero (Nancy). Loving grandfather of 12 and great grandfather of 4. Dear brother of Felo Otero.
Benito loved God’s word, singing praises to His name, and praying for others. He also enjoyed being in the outdoors, where he could enjoy God’s nature. He loved spending time with his family, playing dominoes with them, and in his younger years he enjoyed playing and watching baseball. Benito wished to be remembered “as a sinner saved by the grace of God.” He loved the Gospel of Jesus Christ: Jesus, the Son of God came to save sinners by dying on the cross in our place and raising again to glory. Benito will be remembered as being generous, kind, grateful, humble, and gentle.
