Obituary of Alex Ortiz-Velazquez

Alex Ortiz-Velazquez, Jr., age 37, of Camden, passed away suddenly on December 19, 2017. Beloved son of Alex Ortiz, Sr. and Evelyn Torres (Alfonzo). Devoted father of Alexia and Chevy Ortiz. Dear brother of Shaneylis Ortiz, Alexander Ortiz, Christian Diaz, Piary Ortiz, Rosa Torres, Jennifer Torres and Joel Torres. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Friday from 9-11 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Camden Funeral Home, 3425 River Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Morgan Cemetery in Cinnaminson.
