Obituary of Christian Maisch

Christian Maisch, age 83, of Cherry Hill, passed away suddenly on March 14, 2017. Beloved husband for 60 years to Barbara (nee Jefferis); Devoted father of Janice Maisch of Maryland, Andrew (Tina) Maisch of Mullica Hill and Alison (Donald) Brothers of Spring Hill, FL. Cherished grandfather of Kristin, Brandon, Jillian, Christian, Justin & Ashlyn; Dear brother of Lois Cunninghame of North Carolina; Also survived by nieces & nephews. Christian was born on September 10, 1933 in Camden. He attended Woodrow Wilson H/S class of 1952, he then went on to Rutgers Business School. He was the owner of Nu Car Collision Services in Camden for 40 years. He was a Master Mason with Merchantville Masonic Lodge #119. He spent 30 years as a swimming official for high school and college meets. He also was a board member for 15 years with Jersey Wahoos Swimming and member of Woodbine Swim Club for 45 years. Lastly, he was a model railroad train enthusiast. Relatives & friends are invited to the Visitation & Funeral on Tuesday from 10 to 11 AM at the Falco Caruso & Leonard Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning RD in Pennsauken. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 11 AM. Final disposition will be private.
