Obituary of Alexandro Ortiz

Alexandro "Macho" Ortiz, age 49 years, of Glassboro, formerly of Camden, passed away on March 2, 2017. Beloved son of the late Arcadio Ortiz and Elidia Padilla. Devoted father of Alexis Brown (Jermaine) and stepfather of Sean, Ashley, Trevor "Treyvon" and Derek Cox. Cherished fiancé of Millie Goulet. Loving grandfather of Antony "AJ" Rodriguez. Dear brother of Aurea Alvarado, Lidia Rivera and Crusita Ortiz. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Alex was employed at Greenfield Senior Living in Glassboro as a cook for many years. He was a die hard Giants and Mets fan and will be remembered as funny, strong, positive and sarcastic. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Tuesday from 9-10:30 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Camden Funeral Home, 3425 River Road. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM at the Church of St. Anthony of Padua, 2818 River Road in Camden. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill.
