Obituary of Angel A Lopez

Pastor Angel Lopez passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on September 29, 2016 at 65 years. Beloved husband of Nilda (nee Mercado); Devoted father of Angel (Nina), Christopher (Christine), Joshua (Ruth) and Daniel; Loving grandfather of Naiomy, Gianna, Caylani, and Ava Rose; Dear brother of Luis, Sonia Zaida, Nilda and the late Dorian. Angel will be remembered as a loving father, amazing husband and a pillar of the community. He was pastor of the Lighthouse Ministries Church in Camden, founder of the Children Ministries in the Dominican Republic, and a warrior for the Kingdom of God. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Wednesday from 4 to 7 PM and Thursday from 10 to 11 AM at the Lighthouse Ministries Church, 1000 North 5th Street in Camden, where services will be held at 7 PM on Wednesday and 11 AM on Thursday. Interment will follow at Bethel Memorial Park in Pennsauken. Memorial donations may be made to Children's Ministries in the Dominican Republic, 3 Browning Road, Merchantville, NJ 08109.
