Carr and Barbara Ann Harmer; Dear sister in law of Patricia G. Carr and Robert Harmer Also survived by many locing neices and nephews. Mrs. Carr-Allen was a charter member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 303 in Winslow Township. She was also a former volunteer for the USO during the Vietnam War and the Center for Family Services. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral of Friday from 9-10:15 AM at the Church of St. Andrew the Apostle, 120 United States Ave in Gibbsboro, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM.
