Otoniel Vela, age 54 of Camden, passed away on May 13, 2016 at University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He was born on May 3, 1962 in Lima, Peru to Otoniel Vela and Laura Delia Vinces. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Camden Funeral Home, 3425 River Avenue, where a Funeral Service will be held at 8:00 PM. Final disposition will take place privately.
