Obituary of Lawrence DiMaio

Lawrence "Larry" M. DiMaio, age 70 years, of Williamstown, formerly of Haddon Twp, passed away on April 21, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Lorraine A. (nee Gaudio) for 50 years. Devoted father of Lori Pavluk (Michael) and Brian (Aileen). Loving grandfather of Natalie, Francesca and Cooper. Dear brother of Angelina Dickinson (Richard), Elena Hoffman (Milton) and the late Anthony. Also survived by sister in law Gail DiMaio, brother in law Ralph Gaudio (Jeanette), uncles, Harold Throneberry (the late Elizabeth) and Walt Piatek (the late Muffalda) and a host of nieces, nephews and lifelong friends. Prior to retirement in 2013, Larry was the general manager at G Boys in Marlton for 37 years. He was the first person to greet you when you arrived and the last person to say goodbye when you were leaving. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Wednesday from 9:30 AM at the Church of St. Charles Borromeo, 176 Stagecoach Rd in Sicklerville, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM. Interment will follow at New St. Mary's Cemetery in Bellmawr. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Larry's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
