Devoted mother of Maria Torres - Rivas, Mariam (Ralph) Rodriguez, Alba Cortez and Angel (Olga) Maldonado; Dear sister of Nilda Rivas, Elizabeth Phiffer, and Marilyn Serrano.  Loving grandmother of 12, great grandmother of 27, and great great grandmother of 3.  Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Violeta loved going to the casinos, traveling back to Puerto Rico. She also always did her best to please her family; she will be greatly missed by the many who loved her. Relatives & Friends are invited to the Visitation & Funeral on Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM at the Alpha Omega 1st Pentecostal Church of Camden, 2512 Carman Street in Camden. A service will be celebrated at 8 PM. At the request of the family, final  disposition will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the family towards funeral costs.
